Skeet Scienski (03/18/2017 10:12 am)I only met Clarence a handful of times over the past years at the local disc golf courses here in Charlotte. His boys were always there with him. What always impressed me was his love for his sons and how anyone could see he was a good father. We'll all miss him. Peace & Love to his sons. -Skeet

Don Still (03/15/2017 11:40 pm)Prayers for the Hill family. Clarence was my mentor and friend at Honeywell. We had a lot in common so it made fun to work with him. I'm from Winston-Salem and also a UNC Tarheel fan as was he, which added to our connection. He will always be in my heart and memory. Don

Kimberly Smith Rikard (03/15/2017 7:45 pm)My parents were born and raised in Warsaw. Growing up, we spent many vacations there. I first met Clarence through my cousin, Pamela Frederick, when I was just a little girl and saw him many times over the years. I am deeply saddened to hear he has passed. I pray God continue to clothe you all in Grace, Strength, and Peace. May the precious gift of loving memories warm your hearts and soothe your souls, today, tomorrow, and all days to come. With Love, Kimberly Rikard and the Rikard and Smith families
Pamela Frederick (03/15/2017 7:11 pm)I don't know how I'm going to make it without you. You were my hangout partner in Charlotte. We had planned so many things to do. I don't know what to do. I missed a call from you 2 weeks ago and you sent me a text to call you back. I never did and I'm so sorry. We've shared wonderful memories. I'm glad you set my hair on fire in church and for all the many mischievous things you did. Most of all, thank you for the wonderful experience of camping out in the snow in the parking lot of Sears for Prince tickets. We got on the front row! Thanks for talking us into playing kickball in a near blizzard, the crazy trip to the beach. Thank you for taking me to my first Panthers game while you were wearing your Steelers jersey. OMG. I can't believe you did that! And because you knew it was my first game you sureprised me by mailing me the tickets as a keepsake. I'm blessed for all the things we did get to do and will always think about all we planned to do. Thanks for listening to my deepest thoughts. Thanks for the laughter. Thank you for being you. Thank you being my friend. I'm so grateful God placed you in my life. Perhaps what is most profound is how much I will miss you for the rest of my life. Thank you for letting me know you are OK now. How you let me know, I will never share with anyone. Do know I will love you for the rest of my life.
